Yes, when borrowing a checkroom, the customer is materially responsible for it. You must ensure that it is properly secured against theft and damage. Any loss of equipment or defect in its appearance, lost numbers will result in a charge for the losses incurred. The cost of a lost checkroom number 15 PLN net, the total cost in the case of lost checkroom 4000 PLN net.

5.What if I keep the checkrooms longer than declared?

Change in the duration of the service: in the event of extension of the duration of the service (return of the equipment), the customer will be charged financially for the additional period during which he had the equipment, in proportion to the rental price, or the conditions set in the order.

6.How to rent clothes hangers?

We rent the equipment for a minimum of 1 day according to the current price list, after reading the terms and conditions, signing the contract and paying the amount due. We recommend making an initial reservation by phone, email or in person. In case of rental without pre-booking, we do not guarantee the availability of equipment.

7.How can you pick up the checkrooms?

Mobile checkrooms are collected in person at the headquarters of the Rental Company, after payment of the deposit and all due fees. The amount of the deposit is determined by the Rental Company, according to the current price list.

We can also ship the equipment to the specified address, upon the express request of the customer.

8. Do you transport the equipment and how much does it cost?

Yes we provide transportation services, but if the delivery date is very important please order transportation in advance. We also pick up the equipment after the work is completed. Prices for transportation to be determined at the branch - please contact Customer Service directly. Transport possible on the territory of Poznan and the surrounding area. In the case of rental to another city, transportation pricing after receiving the exact location of delivery.

9.How to return the rented mobile checkroom?

The equipment must be returned by the date specified in the Agreement.

If the Client, without informing the Rental Company in advance about the extension of the rental, does not return the equipment on time, then we reserve the right to charge the Client with additional costs.

10.What documents are required to rent the equipment?

We require two identity documents. In some cases, the Rental Company reserves the right to refuse to rent the equipment without giving any reason.
